By accessing or purchasing from Casañor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect you as a customer and us as a small, independent, artisan-led brand.

1. Product Information
All items sold by Casañor are handcrafted using natural and artisanal materials. As a result, small variations in colour, pattern, or size are normal and to be expected. These variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately display product details and colours online, but due to photography and screen settings, actual items may appear slightly different.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We do not ship any items until payment has been received and confirmed.
Payment details are shared securely via WhatsApp or another agreed-upon method. By confirming a payment, you are agreeing to the terms outlined here and in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

3. Orders & Availability
Because each item is handmade, product availability is limited and can change quickly. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if the product is unavailable or in the case of pricing errors.
For custom designs or special requests, additional time may be required (typically 14+ business days). Availability and timeline will be confirmed directly before payment is taken.

4. Shipping & Collection
Once payment is confirmed, orders will be shipped within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated or agreed. Shipping costs are not included in the listed price and will be added separately. The buyer is responsible for covering the full cost of shipping, unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for postal delays once an item has been shipped. For London-based customers, local collection in Central London may be arranged on request and subject to the seller’s availability.

5. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Any issue must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order, with photo proof submitted via WhatsApp.
Returned items must be received in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All images, text, designs, and product names on this site are the property of Casañor. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Casañor shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for the proper care and handling of jewellery as per our Care Instructions.
